So we tried to get the car up on the ramps today in order to get it ready to replace the gearbox but we couldn't get it on the ramps. The car rolls nicely though without the CV's! So we got to roll it out and turn it arround. We couldn't get it up the ramps because even with the new struts on the front, the front bumper is too low to get up the ramps. If we were to push it straight up it would snap either side. So we tried to jack the car up and get the ramps under the wheels enough so the bumper was higher than the ramp but the hack couldnt get the wheels high enough in the air. We will try on Wednesday hopefully to get it on by putting some wood down to make the ramps longer. Also dug a pit and put some carpet in there so that we have room to get a nice big gap for when we take the gearbox out.
